July 2016 was my second chance to compete in National University Debating Championship (NUDC). In 2015 I was Undhira’s representative as adjudicator in trainee but in 2016 I was the debater with Jessica Barbara Sinlae as my partner. Competed in debate competition in national level was something quite scary for me because there were many representatives from other universities who have better skills and experiences than I have. But there I was, challenge myself over and over again to reach a better me.
Our team work was working amazingly. I and Jessica brought Undhira into semi-finals round and competed with major universities in Kopertis VIII. Even though we were in 8th position which means we couldn’t go to Jakarta to compete with all universities in Indonesia but we got achievements as 5th and 7th best speakers among 64 speakers. It was the first time for Undhira!
